If you would like to place an order with Formbase Furniture you can do so by calling us on the number shown below and we will be happy to take your order over the phone. 
 
If you already have a purchase order then you can e-mail it over to us on sales@formbasefurniture.co.uk. 

We also have an order form option below that you can use which will come to us directly. 
 
We will need your name and contact details with every order and the code and description, including quantities, colours, sizes etc. for all the products required. 

However you choose to order, once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, and a further order acknowledgement with the delivery lead time will be provided as soon as possible.
